Product Review Service

How long has it been since you reviewed the cleaning products, materials and tools you use? With thousands of products on the market, and hundreds of new ones launched each year, you may still be using something which was been superseded by something which is more effective and perhaps even cheaper?

Are you aware that the premium brand you have been using for years may have changed its formulation, and you may not be using today what you originally started buying?

Hayes Hygiene can work with you to review your whole range of products, materials and tools to ensure that you are getting the best value for money, and the most effective outcome available. We can suggest better alternatives which will help you improve productivity and reduce your costs.

Our recommendations will be based upon our experience across a wide range of service providers and product-users.  We are able to pull together their experience and knowledge and combine it with our own, to ensure you are using the very best products to do the job at a cost which is right for you.

Cleaning Services Reviews

Are you getting the best from your cleaners? Hayes Hygiene have collaborated with a leading cleaning consultancy, and through them can offer our customers the opportunity to have a complete review of cleaning effectiveness carried out at a discounted cost.

Whether you are a large organisation or small, you will be surprised at how much your cleaning can be improved after it has been independently assessed.

The review process will study the whole cleaning process and consider; manning, training, equipment, products and materials, time & attendance recording, resource management and quality audits.

The post review report can help you assess whether you are getting value for money, and whether your cleaning specification is still relevant to your current needs, or whether it needs to be updated to stay aligned with your current requirement.

“How Clean are We?” Service

Do you actually know how clean your food preparation, hospitality and washroom areas really are after they have been cleaned?  Have you ever measured this, or do you simply use a visual check? If all you do is visually check, you are checking if something “looks clean”, not whether it is actually clean.

Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) testing will give you a definitive answer to the question “How clean are we”. ATP is a molecule found in and around living cells, and as such it gives a direct measure of biological concentration and health. ATP is quantified by measuring the light produced through its reaction with the naturally occurring firefly enzyme luciferase using a luminometer. The amount of light produced is directly proportional to the amount of ATP present in the sample.

We can arrange for ATP testing to be carried out in these key areas so that you have scientifically verified evidence of just how clean these places are. When carried out periodically ATP testing will allow you to see developing trends in cleanliness and identify problem areas where extra resource or a different product is needed.  ATP testing not only tells you how clean your facility is, but also points the way to how to improve its cleanliness in the future.

“Going Green”: Cleaning that Protects the Environment

“Going Green” is a goal that many businesses are working towards and looking at what you use to clean is an obvious place to start.

It is a complex issue and one which needs careful consideration; no two cases are identical: how do you compare the carbon footprint of a chemical free product which is delivered by a diesel truck from 600 miles away in Europe to a low-impact chemical product produced in the UK?  Hayes knows, and we can guide you.

Hayes can provide the practical support you need whether it is smart cleaning solutions produced on-site, ultra-microfibres that remove MSRA with just plain water, chemical free products, including even limescale removers, or mop heads which can be cleaned and used 500 times before being 100% recyclable.

Talk to us at Hayes and we will understand your needs and have a solution which will allow you to achieve your goals.
